5-HTP 60s 100mg Lamberts

This is a natural product, extracted from the seeds of Griffonia simplicifolia, a woody climbing shrub native to West Africa and Central Africa. The name 5-HTP is short for 5-hydroxytryptophan, which is derived from tryptophan, an amino acid that is present in high protein foods such as meat and dairy products.

Each tablet provides a full 100mg of 5-HTP. Take up to 3 tablets daily half an hour before meals or half an hour before bedtime. Start on one tablet and increase if necessary. 5-HTP is best taken for periods of up to 3 months.
