What a great friendly environment in that shop, I had an alergy test as I have struggled with food and water retention for years.
This was a great experience where in less than 2 hours I’ve learned about myself more than I ever did. I have clear guidance now of what I can eat and what should I avoid to get better. In the same price I had deficiency of minerals and vitamins checked and been given so many advices and steps of what to do moving forward. If you struggled with weight loss and brain fog etc symptoms this is definitely worth to invest in the test to get better. Very well impressed, Thank you so much! You can also get all vitamins and minerals from the shop after with a fair price so no need to get somewhere else.
James has been tweaking and supporting me throughout a particularly difficult episode of spinal misfortune that my GP is less than bothered to resolve.

I had a first acupuncture session today with Nicola. She also used Tui Na massage. A fabulous experience all round. Very thorough case taking to start with and loved the Tui Na. I feel very much that this treatment is going to help me a lot.
Sarah is fantastic. Have been going for a couple of years and I find her so kind respectful & puts one at ease.

First Hot Stone massage I've had and it was amazing, the sensation was like nothing I've experienced before, quite heavenly. It really helped with a sore shoulder too. Felt quite rejuvenated. Will definitely go again.

I have been receiving acupuncture from Anna for a number of sessions. Anna is a very lovely person and obviously very skilled and knowledgeable on this subject. I have much appreciated her thoughtfulness and care throughout.
Have seen James for an old back injury going back to 30 years ago I have found him to be very personable and his knowledge and ease of explanations about the issues he has found are amazing and he is confident my ongoing pains will be eliminated within a few treatments so a really positive experience would happily recommend to other people
I have been going to Gemma for facials for a few years now and I have to say that she is simply the best. Any of her treatment are brilliant
I contacted Milena in the hope she would be able to offer some help for my young daughter's constantly enlarged and inflamed tonsils. After the first session I felt completely at ease and Milena listened and advised with great compassion. After just 3 months following the steps advised, we have seen great progress (although a clear improvement was seen between the first two appointments) and we no longer feel like tonsillitis is about to erupt at any moment.
We know have the knowledge (and confidence) to understand our daughter's body and know what to do during times when her body may need extra support.
I cannot thank Milena enough for her help, it came at a time when we desperately needed it, thank you!

I have been seeing James Maufe now for a month & can't recommend him highly enough.
I spent a long time putting off having any chiropractic assessment/sessions as I was a little worried about finding someone but am so glad I came across Apotheca & James. His approach is to map out a proposed plan with you, but he is very open to working with you in terms of frequency & what to focus on. Everything is explained very clearly & above all else he is just a very nice guy & genuine person. Thank you James! (And see you soon)
